Write to us when you have a project to build, a platform to replace or a team to extend. A good first message is short and covers four things:
- Your current setup: The CMS, framework or stack you run today, or “nothing yet” for a new build.
- The goal: What should be different when the work is done: faster pages, editors who publish without a developer, a migration off a platform you have outgrown, a new product.
- Timeline: A launch date, a contract end or a budget cycle that sets the pace.
- Your team: Who owns the project on your side, and whether you need a full team from us or senior engineers to join yours.
Links to the current site, a brief or a repository help, but are not required.
What happens after you write
We read your message and reply, usually with a few questions to fill gaps. If the project looks like a fit, we set up a short call to talk through scope and constraints. After the call we send a scoped proposal that names the approach, the team and the assumptions behind the estimate. If we are not the right team for the job, we say so.
